Motivation?

 

Sometime it is difficult to continue any procedure. If you don't see any dramatic result it is difficult to keep away from cheesy foods and continue physical exercises. You have to understand that since you gain the fats over the years, you need considerable amount of time to shrug them off. Most important is you know what you are doing, if you are convinced that you are on the right track, you will find it easy to follow. So if you are following some procedure, try to learn what this procedure is, how it will work on your body, and keep checking your weight once in two weeks, not every day! If you can lose 5 pounds a month, that is sufficient. In a year you will be in shape. you are trying to lose fat, so that next 20/30 years you can live a better life. So if it takes one year to reach your goal, still it is great achievement. Don't expect to attain it in two or three months. If you lose weight fast, it may not hold for longer period. Another important thing is that don't try to follow any difficult course, because then it will be difficult to continue that for years. If you don't like running, then you can never continue that for longer period.
