Flat stomach tips

  • Eat five to six smaller meals per day instead of two to three bigger meals which will jumpstart our metabolism for burning fat and access calories of foods. Besides if you keep yourself hungry for longer period of time your body will start breaking protein from body, which means you will lose muscles. Remember the more muscles you have the more calorie you will spend during your rest time.
  • Eat as much fiber rich food as you can. Fiber Foods like Leafy Green Vegetables, Fresh Fruits, Brown Rice and Whole Wheat Bread stay longer period of time in your stomach and intestine. So you will not feel hungry for longer period of time. Moreover they contain protein and the protein is an absolute necessity for ridding fat and building muscle.
  • If you really want flat stomach, you need to sacrifice few things. If you drink milk every day, then switch to skim milk to avoid extra fat and calorie. For first few days, or even weeks you will not like the test. But eventually you will able to adjust to test, I am sure.
  • Water is very important to your flat stomach goal. Please drink 6 to 8 glasses of water per day for good digestion and perfect fitness of our body.
  • Try to eat at least 6 almonds every morning which contain protein and it also good for burning extra fat.
  • Don't forget to take breakfast to kicks up metabolism all day long. If you are late in taking breakfast, metabolism will remain slow for most part of the day. Keeping breakfast off your list is a wrong strategy, so take breakfast every day. Having breakfast each day means you can also get relief from a lot of physical problems such as impatience, anxiety, ill temper etc.
  • Don't go above the calorie required by your body; try to follow these rule at least six days a week. If you have a party in the evening, take less food during the day, and also try to have a control over food during the party.
  • If you don't have control over alcohol, it would really be difficult to have a flat stomach.
  • Don't eat heavy food within 3 hours of bedtime for good digestion, sound sleep and peace of mind.
  • Do some sort of exercise speed walking /jogging/swimming/ cycling or physical activities at least 3 times for 30 to 60 minutes duration per week to boost your metabolism and to stay healthy. You will not only spend calorie during your exercise, but it will boost your metabolism process for even after hours.
